Million Mothers March to End Violence, Celebrate Life

Pomona, Calif. - The third annual Million Mothers March will take place on Saturday, May 16th in Pomona, California. The Million Mothers March is an explosive effort to save children and strengthen families. The march will start at 9:00 a.m. at the Pomona Civic Center and end at Ganesha Park. The event is dedicated to mothers who have lost children and close family members and also to women who are HIV positive.

The Million Mothers March is a community effort organized by the Kennedy Austin Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization established by Ethel Gardner after the loss of her only son.
